Blue Spinach Principle Lee Derrick has accumulated his experience over 15 years working with Virgin Atlantic, VisitBritain’s New York office, Golf & Resort Management Ltd, who managed such notable properties as the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa and Les Bordes and more recently the De Vere Collection.
Of paramount importance to Blue Spinach is the development of lasting relationships with our clients. Our approah is based upon earning their trust which is is achieved by listening and delivering their needs.
